Dance Awakening Policy
GOLDEN RULE: Treat everyone at Dance Awakening with the respect you have for yourself.

Students must sign in, please remember schedules & prices are subject to change.

All students must comply with COVID-19 safety measures or they will be asked to leave the property.

Class payments/workshops/socials/ are final and nonrefundable or transferable.

Please silence phones during class.

No visitors unless approved by a dance awakening team member. No solicitors.

We are not responsible for personal items you leave at the studio.

1 Hour, 2 Hour, and 3 Hour class purchases must be used the same date as purchased, no exceptions.

Monthly Package expires 1 month from the date purchased.

Class pass, Groupon, third party vendor websites and applications are limited to one use per student, for new students only.

Dance Awakening reserves the right to add or remove classes, socials, and workshops while maintaining or increasing pricing of all packages and classes.

Dance Awakening staff reserves the right to revoke membership and or ask anyone to leave the property at any time.

I, the below signatory in consideration of my participation in any fitness/dance event or related activities with or at Dance Awakening. I, hereby release, acquit and forever discharge The Company and The Staff, the venue where the fitness/dance event and activities are held, and their respective employees, instructors, agents, owners, officers, directors, partners, licensees and affiliates and all of their respective heirs, personal administrators, executors, successors and assigns (collectively "the Releasees") of and from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, demands, rights, damages, costs, expenses, lost wages and loss of services of any kind whatsoever for personal injury and/or property damage, known or unknown, which may result from my participation in, preparation for, or any other activity held at The Premises, and whether arising before, during or after such activity, including, but not limited to, any such claims or causes of action arising from the negligence or negligent actions of the Releasees. I further covenant not to sue or otherwise seek civil or equitable compensation from any of the Releasees for or on account of any such injury and/or negligence.

I hereby acknowledge that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the fitness/dance event at The Premises and the activities associated therewith. Furthermore, I am familiar with the risks incidental to participation in such events, assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury or property damage due to the negligence of any of the Releasees or otherwise, while in or upon The Premises in which the classes take place and while for any purpose participating in the aforementioned activities, and hereby expressly waive, release and forever discharge all Releasees of and from any and all claims of any nature which may be occasioned by participation in these events.

I hereby I am liable for any losses or damages caused by me or my guests or to The Company’s assets and/or to the Premises, and agree to pay in full the cost of all repairs and/or replacements of such assets.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read all of the information provided and agree to comply in every way. I realize that The Company and/or The Instructor reserve the right for admittance to The Premises or to Fitness/Dance Event at their own discretion.
